Positive Force Facility Management Pvt Ltd was started by the late Lt. Col. PAB Franklin, an officer with the Indian Army. In his illustrious career, he served in forward areas such as Jammu and Kashmir, the North-East states of India and has extensive experience in co-ordinating important security arrangements.
He was widely considered a subject matter expert and served as a faculty member in the anti-tank and missile division in the “The Infantry MHOW”, the prestigious institution of the Indian Army. His skills found value in the corporate world too. He served as Chief Administrator in Blue Dart Aviation and headed security (All India) at The Times of India, Mumbai.
Lt. Col. Franklin’s rich experience has helped define the culture at Positive Force Facility Management Pvt Ltd. He inculcated a strong sense of duty and discipline that continues in the organisation today.
